Terms of service

These terms apply to Ripple, a mobile game. By using Ripple, you agree to them to the extent the law allows.

Use

Use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment, lawfully. Don’t interfere with its services or copy or redistribute the game or its assets.

Rewarded ads

Completing a rewarded ad grants five games of access to the selected theme. Closing an ad without receiving its reward grants no access. Temporary theme access has no cash value. Still is always free.

Data and availability

Scores, settings, and temporary theme access are stored locally and may be lost if you clear data or change devices. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability and may update Ripple.

Ownership

Ripple’s code and content remain ours.

Your rights

Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights or liability that can’t lawfully be excluded.
